HOW IT WORKS

Introduction, promotion, development.

Our 16 week session progresses in three stages:

STAGE ONE consists of basic introductions, distribution of business cards and an explanation as to how we see the process working most effectively. At the commencment of all meetings each member will briefly recap on their business progress.

STAGE TWO allows each member to promote their business ideals and strategies to the group, including their target customers and where they are most likely to be sourced.

STAGE THREE enables members to talk candidly to each other about possible business leads and future alliances. Each member is strategically placed with another and this process is rotated so that one-on-one time is spent with each member.

With time permitting, in each session, current business issues and developments will be discussed with a view to gaining a broader perspective on the local business environment.
